Our career project and continuation coaching is designed to assist everyone from high school and college students exploring their options to senior executives seeking greater fulfillment. Here’s how we’ll guide you:

• • Step 1: Analyze Your Journey – Review your professional, educational, and personal history.
  • Step 2: Discover Your Work Interests – Explore and validate your professional interests.
  • Step 3: Assess Your Skills – Align your interests with your career, identify past successes, and select skills to develop.
  • Step 4: Understand Your Work Personality – Validate your psychological preferences.
  • Step 5: Plan for the Future – Formalize preliminary projects, identify training opportunities, and analyze documentation.
  • Step 6: Develop Strategies – Create a job search strategy and plan the steps needed to achieve your goals.

Our program spans four months and includes 12 hours of video coaching, with additional individual coaching available on demand. We’ll send you bi-weekly emails with course materials, tools, exercises, and access to Q&A sessions.
