Introduction. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchases made through this website and any personal contracts you may have with us. Specifics. By making a purchase on our website, you expressly and irrevocably agree that all transactions are final and that you waive any right of withdrawal or refund once the transaction is completed. This policy complies with the exceptions provided by withdrawal rules in various jurisdictions, including those of the European Union. Specifically, the digital content provided on our site is delivered on a non-physical medium, and you unconditionally accept that once the transaction is completed, the service will commence immediately and with your explicit prior consent, acknowledging that this results in the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Terms and Conditions regarding “The Job Search Assistant” (JSA) and “On Success Job Search Assistant” (OSJSA)
These clarify our service terms and communication meanings. The JSA and OSJA are programs with a duration of 13 weeks (91 days). “We handle your entire job search for 3 months”: This involves identifying suitable companies and recruiters and contacting them via email on your behalf to present your professional application. It does not include screening job boards, responding to job ads, or making unsolicited calls to companies. “We keep looking for your job after the 3 months and until we find the job”: Beyond the initial 3-month period, we will continue to reach out to companies relevant to your job search for up to 12 months, unless there are no more companies to contact. “We contact 5 company representatives every day from Monday to Sunday”: This figure is an average; actual daily numbers may vary depending on available technology and business days. We cannot contact more representatives than exist. If your job search criteria are extremely specific (e.g., ski instructor in the Australian bush), we may be unable to fulfill this promise. “We rewrite your resume to make it stand out”: We will revise your resume based on our expertise and intention to help you secure a position. You will not have the right to judge its quality nor will it be sent to you for approval. The contact details used will be ours, not yours. The personalized resume remains for our use only, although you can purchase it with your details for $40 in PDF format or $60 in Microsoft Word format. Both formats are available together for $80. “We write an exceptional personalized cover email for you”: This follows the same conditions as the resume. The cover email will incorporate the value propositions of the targeted companies. “We rewrite and optimize your LinkedIn profile”: Similar conditions to the resume and cover email apply. You must provide necessary access to your LinkedIn account; otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for incomplete tasks. “We create 2 interesting posts on LinkedIn per week for 12 weeks”: we will be creating 12 shorts posts and 12 “re-share” on LinkedIn. “We set up a professional email address, booking calendar, and call number”: We will create these tools via bestcandi.com, including emails like name@bestcandi.com and contact@bestcandi.com, as well as a phone number from Mankesav Teams and a free Calendly booking calendar. “We connect you to 5 people on LinkedIn every day from Monday to Sunday”: This is subject to the same conditions as contacting company representatives daily. “We register you on 10 or more job boards”: Registration will be on free job boards only. We will use our contact details, and you will not receive the access codes unless you pay $10 per job board after the program ends. “We submit your resume to 50 or more Recruiting Firms”: We will send your resume under the ManKeSav identity to at least one person at 50 or more recruiting firms, depending on the availability within your country. “We apply and follow up on your behalf”: You expressly agree that we may use your name and details to communicate with companies and individuals, and sign communications as you. “We prepare you for the interviews”: Each JSA and OSJSA program includes a 45-minute coaching session to enhance your interview skills. JSA sessions can be in French, English, Spanish, or Arabic, with possible accommodation for other languages. OSJSA sessions are available only in English or French. “We ensure 100% success”: Success is assured within the reasonable scope of your requests. However, policies and external factors can influence outcomes. We are not responsible for obtaining work permits or processing legal work rights abroad. Our estimates of the chances of finding a job in a given country are as follows: a) no fluent mastery of the local language = -25% chance; b) occupation or skills in low local demand = -25% chance; c) requested salary exceeding twice the official or observed minimum wage = -25% chance. Additionally, a number of companies or countries unfortunately exhibit various discriminations, including but not limited to age, gender or gender identity, social, geographical or ethnic origins, philosophical or religious beliefs, which may also impact your job search without us being held responsible. “We provide you with reports”: Weekly reports are issued on Fridays or Mondays, summarizing contacts and outcomes. At the end of the initial 3-month period, a detailed report will be provided, and no further regular reports will be issued, though we will notify you of any opportunities. “We communicate with you throughout your program by chat”: JSA clients may reach us via chat on various platforms. We strive to respond promptly but reserve the right to limit responses if the service is excessively used. “You invest”: Payment for the JSA program is required in full before services commence, and by paying, you waive any right to cancel. For OSJSA, the initial payment is nonrefundable. To prevent fraud, the success fee must be deposited into an escrow account with a reputable company, which will release funds upon successful placement and manage any disputes.

These prices are invoiced when requested by an individual or a company as single purchases. They will also be applied to the amount reimbursed to you if a reimbursement is granted (see the reimbursement policy page).
